My mission...
For Willow Reiki & Aromatherapy is always to combine professionalism with concern and consideration for my clients overall health and well being. I will always strive to stay engaged in finding solutions for whatever conditions the client presents. I will listen when they need to be heard and ask questions that will help us to determine the best strategy; whether it be essential oils, Reiki, EFT or a combination of these complimentary modalities.
As a teacher, it is my goal that the student take away from my classes the confidence to use their new found skills in Reiki and Aromatherapy. It is important to me that they feel comfortable using me as a resource and for encouragement as they go forward. It is always an honor and a pleasure to teach people skills that they can take forward to improve their lives and the lives of those around them.
About Me...
Hello, I am Maggie Kimble, a LMT. In 2005, I earned my National License and Ohio State License in massage therapy. I started Massages by Maggie LLC, own private practice, in the fall of 2005.
My Reiki training began in January of 2008 by earning the Usui System of Reiki Level I certification. Right away I started incorporating Reiki Energy work into my massage practice. I saw how helpful Reiki is in addressing the person as a whole, bringing balance back so they could heal. In March of 2009 I went on to take my 2nd & 3rd Level training, becoming a certified Reiki Master.
That fall I began teaching Reiki, and have found it so rewarding to share this wonderful gift of healing with others. It is very helpful for people with chronic pain, illness or emotional/mental issues to be trained in Reiki so they have a self-healing technique always at their fingertips.
My interest in Aromatherapy started in 2008 when I took a 3-hour introductory class on essential oils and their use. I started using oils on clients and created a few blends that became popular with some of my clients. In November of 2016 I went back to take my 30-hour certification class.
I have really enjoyed having this extra skill to offer help to my clients for all kinds of conditions. I love having a natural non-invasive solution for them to try. Being certified, I have training to teach one-hour home classes so the art of Aromatherapy can become more widespread.
During the summer of 2017 I choose a new name for the Reiki and Aromatherapy branches of the business. That is how Willow Reiki & Aromatherapy came into being.
