Emotional Freedom Technique

(EFT)

The technique for EFT was discovered in the early 1980’s, utilizing knowledge of meridian points used in acupuncture.  The American Psychiatric Association awarded EFT an evidence-based Division 12 status in May of 2013.

EFT uses finger tapping on specific acupuncture points while stating the negative stimuli that you are trying to heal. This negative stimulus can be a phobia, guilt, shame, anxiety, PTSD, self-worth issues, chronic pain or the most common problem, STRESS.

Stress is most often a contributing factor to disease, chronic pain, mental and emotional problems. Effective in treating many types of these problems, EFT is easy to learn. You can use this self-healing tool after just a few short private learning sessions to start you on your way.
