We will take a deep dive into Don Miguel Ruiz’s wonderful book “The Four Agreements”. Making these agreements with yourself, and then faithfully making the effort to practice them can change your life. 

1. Be Impeccable with your word.

2. Always do your best.

3. Don't take anything personal.

4. Don't make assumptions.

The formal class will be one hour and then we will have a half hour open class discussion for anyone that would like to stay for that.
